NEW CLIENTS ⤵️

All new clients are required to use the "First Time Client Book Here" section, which includes a $30 non refundable deposit. Please note that we can only accept cash for the remaining balance. Not booking under this section will lead to the cancellation of your appointment. Customers who have not made a booking in the past 6 months will be treated as new clients.


DEPOSITS/PAYMENT

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but can be switched to a new date if rescheduling or cancellation is made within 24 hours

Deposits go towards final payment and the remainder must be paid with CASH ONLY. Payments made by e-Transfer include an additional 13% tax

** Please ensure correct email and phone number when booking, as you will be provided with a confirmation email that contains the address & information for your appointment. **


LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time. Appointments are booked back to back. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled (New deposit will be required to rebook)


CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / RESCHEDULING

Cancellation and/or rescheduling must be done within 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit and you will need to schedule with a new deposit.

Rescheduling: The deposit is only transferable if advance notice is given within 24 hours

Last minute/Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of remaining balance and must be paid to book again

NO SHOWS will be banned from booking


REFILLS

Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. You must have 40% of lashes remaining on each eye when booking for a refill. Anything less will be charged as a full set
ANYTHING PAST 3 WEEKS IS A FULL SET.


I don't refill over others work. Please book a Removal + Full set.


If for some reason you are experiencing excessive shedding, please let me know within 48 hours and I will fix them free of charge

70% on each eye for a mini fill (1-10 days after last appointment only)


REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ON ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY GRANDGALORELASH


IMPORTANT INFO

** If you would like to ADD ON extra services (bottoms, removal, etc ) you must add it to your appointment when booking. It will not be done the day of the appointment unless it is added on while booking. **

➟ NO GUESTS allowed

➟Please arrive with clean lashes, free of all makeup residue and oils. Dirty lashes decrease retention

➟If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle until scheduled appointment time

➟Please ensure to plan your day accordingly, services range from 2-3.5 hours depending on the service you choose

Pictures and videos will be taken for social media purposes
