This class is a great opportunity for students who are new to yoga looking for a more gentle experience, or who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. You will be guided through poses in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basics, allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Gentle Chair Yoga (M, W, F @ 12:00PM)

This chair yoga class is a great opportunity for students who are new or returning to yoga, or who are dealing with an injury or physical limitations and looking for a gentle way to experience breath and movement. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably and modifications provided to help design your practice for you and your body. “Come as you are not as you think you should be." Prenatal Yoga Class (Weekly, Saturday at 9:00am)

This class is designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy as they strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy. ($20 class fee = $18.87 + $1.13 KY Sales tax)

45 minutes @ $20.00

Join us for breath, movement, and FUN! This class is for family groups with kids of toddler and older with caregiver. You connect and have fun learning partner poses and so much more! The perfect way to create movement and connection with your love one! Class pass includes 1 adult and 1 child. For additional child, select option below. Queer Yoga (Next one: Wed Dec 13, 6:00pm)

We offer this class quarterly to provide a safe space for LGBTQIA+ young people to practice yoga while celebrating who they are. We will make shapes while we breathe, meet new friends, and celebrate Pride together - all while jamming out to queer musicians! All you need is a mat (also avail to rent), water, comfy clothes to move in, and your wonderful self! This weekly class is for 6 to 9 years old. Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy. Class curriculum may vary. ($35 class fee = $33.02 + $1.98 KY Sales tax)

PreTeen Weekly Class (Ages 10-12, Thursdays at 6:00PM)

1 hour @ $35.00

This weekly class is for ages 10 to 12 years old. Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. PreTeens will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy. Class curriculum may vary. ($35 class fee = $33.02 + $1.98 KY Sales tax)

Teen Yoga Class, ages 13-18 (Weekly, Monday at 6:00pm)

1 hour @ $15.00

Ages 13+ will be guided through a Vinyasa style flow that is fun, challenging, and freeing! In addition to learning breathing techniques to calm to the mind, students will participate in games to create mindfulness, collaborate in partner and group poses, learn restorative yoga techniques, and deep relaxation. Students will develop compassion and self-confidence, empowering them to be agents of peace in the world. ($15 class fee = $14.15 + $0.85 KY Sales tax)
