Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. When we are mindful of our actions, we pay more attention to what we are doing. It’s the opposite of going through the motions—instead, you are tuned into your senses, noticing your thoughts and emotions. By building mindfulness into your daily life, you can practice mindfulness even when you’re too busy to meditate.

This Christ Centered approach to being more mindful in marriage is designed to help couples work through issues that arise in marriage with wisdom, insight, compassion and hope. Grounded in biblical principles and teaching practical application these sessions are designed to help couples "do the work" needed to resolve difficult issues and learn what it means and what it looks like to become one flesh.
