Classes aim to be relaxing and nourishing, whilst giving our bodies a chance to move and stretch as we connect with the ground, the breath and the spine. We will focus on poses and techniques to help regulate the nervous system and promote both mental & physical well-being in response to current pressures. £10 OR Please Contact Anna for a Concession Rate - available to anyone who needs it.
Chair Yoga & Meditation
Gentle, simple moves to keep the spine and upper body mobile. Including some leg stretches too. Finishing with 5 mins quiet meditation time (except for Wed when there is 20 mins meditation time).
