Santa Experience 2022
Due to such an enthusiastic response for the Santa Experience, we are now opening bookings for 2022. We are so excited to announce that we will be welcoming you to Santa's Reindeer Barn next year, where your children will have the opportunity to pet and feed Prancer (our lifelike animatronic reindeer!), prepare magical reindeer food to take home to leave out on Christmas Eve, and find their name on Santa's Nice List.
At the Santa Experience 2022 sessions, I will provide beautiful matching tartan gowns for girls and three piece tartan suits for boys. Boys will need to bring along a white collared shirt, please, and both boys and girls will need shoes. Simple black dress shoes are perfect, though you're free to get creative! Please note that wardrobe is available up to size 14 for both boys and girls, as these are the largest available from the designer. Please contact me if your child is larger than the available sizes, and I will give you examples of clothing you can bring along that would compliment the set nicely.
Once your session is over, I will choose the three best images from your child's time with Santa to edit in my signature hand-painted style. Additional images are available at a rate of $100/image. In order to achieve the magical, painted look you love in my Santa Experience portraits, my editing process is fairly in-depth. Each edit takes me 2-3 hours, so please give me four weeks to return your images to you.
Please also note that session sizes are limited to a maximum of 3 children in 2022, as Prancer will take up a bit of space in the set. As you parents with multiple children know from previous years, the more children in the image, the more compositing (putting together elements from multiple shots) I generally have to do in order to create the perfect portrait. Because this set will be more complicated than it has been in past years, I feel that a three child cap will help ensure I can deliver the quality you've come to expect from me. If you would like to book for more than 3 children, kindly book additional session times.
Additionally, please keep in mind that these sessions are not intended as family portrait sessions, and I will not be able to accommodate requests to include parents for a typical family portrait with this setup.
