We are a community class and our doors are open to all ages, levels, abilities, shapes & sizes! We have highly qualified instructors who want you to achieve the best version of yourself and leave the class feeling epic
This pass entitles you to attend six one hour Pilates classes in total at Shrewsbury House, Plumstead, SE18. This needs to be used within a 9 week period.
You will be required to fill in a health questionnaire and Covid-19 screening and consent form before attending your first class.
