One applicant per time slot. Th applicant information/fingerprint request section must reflect the name of the applicant. This information is printed on the fingerprint cards and/or FBI submission forms.
You must complete the entire booking process at least 1 hour before the time slot you select or the system will not allow you to complete the process (it will make you start from the beginning).
Unless otherwise noted, the rolling fee includes the 1st card. Be sure to select the appropriate number of additional cards from the "add to your appointment selections." Additional cards can be added at booking or at the time of service.
We provide blank FD-258, OSPI, FINRA, ATF(FFL/NFA) cards and can fingerprint you on any form your provide.
Our Livescan fingerprints can only be transmitted to FDLE (State of Florida Law Enforcement) for employment purposes, directly to the FBI (via an approved channeler) to obtain your personal FBI report, or printed on a fingerprint card. We do not submit Livescan fingerprints to any other states or agencies. Check with your requesting agency for instructions on how to submit prints for out of state applicants.
All bookings and services are non-refundable. To reschedule an appointment, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment start time.
If you require fingerprints with Identogo, FieldPrint or FirstAdvantage you must book directly with them.
***South Sound 911 CPL (Pierce County & City of Milton residents ONLY) fingerprints MUST be booked directly with South Sound 911 (walk ins for SS911 CPL fingerprinting will not be accepted, no exceptions*****
SS911 sends us a daily roster of SS911 CPL applicants. You cannot book your SS911 CPL fingerprints directly with us.
