In this hour session, I offer some different intelligences to address what is going on, deepen your awareness of coping skills, build a tool you can use, and play with how you use your energy. These are often helpful in deciding what work you would like to do, or to brush up on previous sessions.

This package has 6 sessions, scheduled weekly, designed to build and refine your tools and skills for the big energetic shifts in our world and within you. Our work is to bring your awarenesses and intelligences to the surface, learn a tool, play with it, and implement it into your daily routines. We will build on what works and what doesn't.

It is an ideal mentorship and place to discover and integrate some presenting patterns and realignments... such as a in self, parenting, relationships, or work.

Come spend a day in the Flathead Valley. We can explore Glacier National Park, the trail systems of Whitefish, or head up the North Fork. We will play inside and outside with intuitive tools and nature and give you some kick ass knowledge to take back into your life.

This includes a stop for coffee or tea, a lunch, and all that you may need while you are here. All you need to do is get to this area and I will pick you up at our designated time and location and take care of the time we have together.
