WHAT TO EXPECT
Please ensure that you read all the information on this page before making a booking. Ensure that you read before confirming your booking. This is to ensure that you are suitable for the treatment. All retainers and advance payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- No booking is secured without a deposit. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been made.
- The deposit is accounted towards your final treatment price and will be deducted from the final total balance.
- All payments made after the service is completed are non-refundable.
- All payments made towards a future service are non-refundable we will only issue a voucher if you decide not to go ahead. These can be redeemed against any service. We do not issue refunds.
- Services provided for the semi-permanent procedure, can’t always guarantee results, results may vary from person to person.
- If you select the wrong treatment or have previous work done elsewhere you will be charged accordingly on the day!
- If you have previous work, please send us a picture before booking.
- If you are unsuitable for the treatment your deposit will be non-refundable it will cover any costs incurred by myself.
- Punctuality to your appointment is mandatory. Any form of lateness may result in your booking being cancelled and a charge being placed on your booking.
- There is a 20-minute grace period from the appointment time you scheduled prior, after which your appointment will be cancelled.
- Failure to show up to the booked appointment without adhering to the cancellation policy will result in a charge of £50. This charge also applies to clients who arrive too late for their appointment, do not show up for their appointment, and those who did not give sufficient notice for rescheduling or cancellation. The charge will need to be paid before an appointment can be rebooked.
- Minimum of 5 days’ notice is required to transfer an appointment to another date failure to give appropriate time to transfer will result in loss of deposit and being charged an additional deposit on next appointment booked.
- If you need to cancel or change your booking, please do so 5 days before for semi-permanent make up. For Lashes 48hrs cancellation or change is required, your appointment date. If cancelled outside of this period, you will be charged a £50 cancellation fee.
- If you are late by 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled. There is a cancellation Fee of £50 that will be applied to any bookings that are a no show changed or cancelled outside the 5-day timescale. You will be notified if a fee has been applied. The fee reflects the cost incurred by Lush Brow as the appointment could have been allocated to another client, you will be notified if a fee has been applied.
- Your free top-up treatment is included in the price of any new treatment and should be redeemed, at least after 4 weeks but within 8 weeks of initial treatment.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you attend within this time frame otherwise any treatment outside will be charged for the top-up session.
- Please note that scheduling of the complimentary top-up will be booked after your first session if you need to reschedule it is not guaranteed that you will get an appointment within the 8 weeks you might incur an extra charge.
- On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment.
- Or from incorrect aftercare taken they will be charged accordingly.
- I cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients especially those with problem skin and Do Not Offer refunds as I have carried out the treatment at a cost to us.
- A complimentary session is only offered for New Brows and not those who are coming back to do a top up session.

Appointments are on a first come first serve basis.
We only release appointments 2 months in advance.
if you would like a Saturday appointment, please book early to avoid disappointment.
WALK IN APPOINTMENTS
Walk ins for lashes, brow lamination, lash lift, threading, waxing and tint. Available Tuesday to Friday 10 to 2pm.
If you would like Brow Lamination, Wax and Tint or Lashes. If you cannot find a slot, please call we tend to have slots available on the day or earlier than shown. If you are booking training and can’t find a date, please contact us.
TREATMENT
Each new treatment is two sessions, one being the initial procedure and the other a complimentary session which is to fill in any gaps that did not take from the first session. The second session is not to change the shape or colour of initial treatment but if you wish would do so you will be charged accordingly. A complimentary session is only offered to New Brows and not those who are coming back to do a top up session.
TOP UP
Other Conditions
-AHA’s (lactic, glycolic, citric, retinoic and tartaric acids) or any OTC creams and lotions for tone correcting, anti-aging, exfoliating, fading can discolour your permanent makeup.
- Flu or Cold: Please stay home; reschedule your appointment if you have cold or flu or sinus/respiratory infection.
- Coumadin: The amount of bleeding during treatment and your skins reaction to topical epinephrine will determine how much coverage can be done per appointment.
If excessive bleeding occurs, extra appointments may be necessary for the desired outcome or the procedure may not be effective.
- Juvéderm or Fillers: Get permanent makeup first or ask your Juvéderm tech for clearance.
- Shingles (varicella): If you have shingles on your face, wait 6 months to get permanent makeup.
- Eyelift or blepharoplasty: You will need to wait 3 months.
- Eyelash extensions: Please get you eyelash extensions after your semi-permanent procedure.
- Pinkeye: If you have pink eye or any other eye infection please inform immediately I will reschedule your appointment. You can have the procedure done once you have completed your mediation or the infection is no longer present.
If you deliberately violate any of our terms and conditions, including our aftercare suggestions, we will be excluded from liability and we have the right to cancel any complimentary treatment in the future.
THE FOLLOWING IS LIST OF PEOPLE THAT ARE UNSUITABLE FOR TREATMENT:
-Under 18 years of age
-If you have diabetes
-If you are pregnant or lactating
-If you have glaucoma or are taking blood thinning medicines (e.g., aspirin, warfarin).
-If you have a skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the site that is to be treated.
-If you have allergies to makeup or colours
-If you have easily triggered post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
-If you have HIV or Hepatitis
-If you have active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed
-If you are a haemophiliac
-If you have healing disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure or had mitral valve disorder.
-If you are on any skin medication such as ro-accutaine, antasure, steroids which thin and oversensitive the skin in the past 6 months.
-If you are undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment at present (or due to undergo such treatment) and any radiotherapy or chemotherapy came to an end not less than 42 days ago from the date of the treatment.
-If you are epileptic that has experienced a seizure in the last two years
Please let me know if you have condition prior to booking. I cannot be held responsible if you fail to notify me or make me aware of any condition listed. Please Let us know if you have/had an allergic reaction to topical aesthetics.
Doctor's clearance may be necessary for any health conditions you have that require medication.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment at any one point.

WE CANNOT TREAT YOU FOR SEMI-PERMANENT MAKE UP IF FOLLOWING APPLIES:
- You have diabetes.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have glaucoma or taking blood thinning medicines (e.g., aspirin, warfarin)
- You have skin diseases such as psoriasis or eczema on the face.
- You have transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis
- You have a haemophilia.
- You have healing disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- You are on any skin medication such as Accutane or steroids.
- You have active skin cancer.
- You are undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
- You have epilepsy.
- You have a pacemaker or major heart problems.
- You had anti aging injections in the last 2 weeks.
TOP UP
- Your Top Up is complimentary 8 weeks from the date of your first appointment. It will be booked after your first session it is advisable that you retain your appointment.
- Due to high demand, there is a month wait for appointments. It is not guaranteed that you will get an appointment within the complementary time scale if you decide to reschedule, please retain your original appointment.
- If in the unlikely event we must cancel your appointment, we will ensure to book you as soon as possible.
LASH INFILLS
We recommend lash infills are carried out every 2-3 weeks to keep the set of eyelash extensions looking full. By this time, the new lashes which were too short to apply extensions to when you last had your lashes done will now be a healthy lash. If more work is required, you will be charged accordingly. The price will vary depending on the style. If over 3 weeks, please book a new set.
COVID 19
- Due to Covid 19 we have added some new restrictions to protect our staff and clients.
- Please ensure that you wear a mask if you are feeling unwell. No Mask No Entry if you do not have one on the day we have some available to purchase for £3.
- Please no guests or children as they will be asked to wait outside. We cannot accommodate additional guests.
- If you feel unwell have a cough, or temperature please let us know and wait 14 days before you reschedule your appointment.
- If you arrive for your appointment and are showing any signs of illness your appointment will be cancelled your deposit will be lost.
- If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment because of contracting Covid 19 we will reschedule will not issue a refund.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Please ensure that you attend with no make-up on the brow and forehead area. For lashes if we need to clean the area, we will charge an additional £5.
- Your appointment will take approximately 2 hours. On your arrival we will carry out a quick consultation, this will include shapes and colours. Once I have completed this process I will advise you on aftercare.
- Please bring a picture of what you would like to achieve this applies to Lash and Brow style you want.
- Please ensure you put phones away during treatment.
PLEASE NO CHILDREN FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS
