Terms of Service:
Please note that a $75 + GST booking fee is required to schedule and secure your appointment and is deducted from the total price. This booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and is non-refundable. If you miss your appointment, you will simply forfeit your deposit. Please kindly advise that no pets or children are allowed during the day of your service due to safety and sterile purposes.
Appointments can be changed up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will required to pay an additional deposit.
Exceptions will be made in the event of an emergency with adequate documentation. If you display any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who does within 10 days of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible and an exception will be made. Your appointment will be rescheduled.
Prior to your appointment, it is mandatory to fill out our COVID-19 Self Screening and Waiver form, to ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff within our establishment. This form will be sent out via email 2 days prior. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your appointment and your booking fee will be forfeited.
