Hello & welcome, thank you for reaching out to me and for bravely taking the first steps to seek support for where you are, at the moment.
I foster a safe, trusting space where you feel seen, heard, understood and empowered to be your true self. I focus on the importance of providing each client with a non-judgemental environment where they can get confidential support.
I have a relaxed non-clinical style and use an integrative approach in sessions. I integrate three main modalities - Person Centred, CBT & Psychodynamic therapy. This allows me as a Counsellor to explore where each individual client is and what they need from me in session. I believe by tailoring my approach around each client helps to bring the best outcome for each individual, as we all cope, feel our emotions and learn in different ways.
I can offer sessions on a consistent basis that is focused around achieving specific goals you want to reach, while other clients might require sessions for a much longer term to work through and uncover areas that are more complex. My clients usually notice progress from sessions around 4-12 weeks, depending on what they bring and wish to explore.
If you are a new client requesting an appointment, please book a FREE 30 Minute phone call consultation at a day / time that is most suitable to you. In consultations it enables us to have a chat to ensure that we connect as client + therapist, my services & approach are best suited to your needs, and I'm able to answer all your questions to ensure you are prepared to begin sessions with an idea on what to expect.
If you are a past client requesting to return to sessions, please send me an email -email@example.com and I can give you an estimation on how long it will be to begin sessions as you will be given priority over new clients.
Please only book sessions / consultations that you are able to attend as I aim to keep a short time-frame for new clients waiting for appointments.
(Please acknowledge that I have a 48 hour cancellation notice period) - If you book an appointment and are unable to attend please cancel or send an email notification - firstname.lastname@example.org to reschedule.
If there are no available sessions on the system at a time you require, please email - email@example.com and I will aim to get back to you within 72 hours and also do my best to accommodate you.
