I foster a safe, trusting space where you feel seen, heard, understood. We work together towards the goal of you becoming your most empowered self. I focus on the importance of providing each individual with a non-judgemental environment where they can get the confidential support they need.
In sessions I help you to unravel complexities, recognise patterns, and develop coping strategies. But more than that, I offer you a genuine connection, an empathetic ear that truly listens, and a heart dedicated to helping you flourish.
I have a relaxed non-clinical style and use an integrative approach in sessions. I integrate three main modalities - Person Centred, CBT & Psychodynamic therapy. This allows me as a Counsellor to explore where each individual client is and what they need from me in session. I believe by tailoring my approach around each client allows us to work collaboratively to explore your inner landscape and identify the tools that resonate best with your unique needs. I'm committed to tailoring our sessions to empower you to live a more fulfilling and authentic life.

If you are a new client requesting an appointment, please feel free to explore my booking system and book a FREE 30 Minute Phone Call Consultation at a time that suits you. In consultations it enables us to have an informal chat to ensure that we are a suitable match as client + therapist. I talk you through my services and ensure my overall approach is best suited to your needs, and I'm able to answer all your questions to ensure you are prepared to begin sessions with an idea on what to expect.
If you are a past client requesting to return to sessions, please send me an email - firstname.lastname@example.org and I can give you an estimation on how long it will be to begin sessions as you will be given priority over new clients.
If there are no available sessions on the system at a time you require, please email - email@example.com and I will aim to get back to you within 48 hours and also do my best to accommodate you.
