We combine traditional pilates with ballet barre to help build strength, sculpt your core and legs, and tone your entire body. Each class will combine 25 minutes on the barre and 25 minutes on the mat.

Based on the Classical Pilates Mat exercises, this high intensity, low impact Pilates fitness class also includes yoga style flows and barre exercises to tone and strengthen the entire body! Practiced in our "White Room" with infrared heat and chromotherapy, Hot Pilates is a challenging workout that will fire up the core, increase flexibility, and build overall body strength.

The first half of class will focus on gentle restorative poses, allowing the body to ease into a state of comfort. In the second half, you will be guided through Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep, accompanied by a soothing sound bath of vibrational tones from the crystal singing bowls. An Initial Assessment is required before your first apparatus session. This will allow your instructor to obtain background health information, conduct a postural evaluation, and baseline your fitness level. During this assessment you will be introduced to a basic reformer session.

This assessment is not required for group sessions.
