We will dive deep into your training routine to identify triggers for success and roadblocks. We will build a realistic goal and pinpoint specific tasks to implement to get you to the starting line ready to rock your next race.

With this package, you will get four 15 minute calls with me personally to update your progress, tweak your plan and get the extra motivation you need.

Includes a 60 minute strategy session and 4 x 15 minute accountability checkins.
Strategy Session: We will dive deep into your training routine to identify triggers for success and roadblocks. We will build a realistic goal and pinpoint specific daily tasks to implement to get you to the starting line ready to rock your race.
Accountability check in: Even the best goals and plans can fail without proper execution. With regular checkins you will have that extra accountability and push that you need to reach achieve success! Each 15 minute call will consist of a progress review and analysis to adjust and refocus as needed and provide the extra motivation to keep moving forward.
