Please note the following guidelines to keep our clients safe and healthy:
- We will clean and disinfect the table and all equipment in between appointments as well as frequently disinfect high touch surfaces throughout the office.
- If you or anyone in your household is exhibiting cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment once you are symptom free for 7 days. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Session time includes consultation and hands on service. All sessions are customized to your needs and expectations.
Our fully trained therapists will incorporate Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Cupping/Blades, and more.
Gratuity: If you would like to tip your therapist, you may add gratuity to your credit card payment. Alternatively, cash or Venmo is appreciated!

How to Book an Appointment:
1. Select your appointment type (30-minute, 60-minute, TMJ, or Lymphatic Drainage).
2. Select a specific therapist or select Any Available.
3. Select a date.
4. Select a time.
5. Enter your personal data to confirm your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. For no-shows, the credit card on file may be charged 50% of the cost of the session. Payment is due before your next appointment. If you or anyone in your household is exhibiting cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment once you are symptom free for 7 days. If you must cancel due to illness and it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
