In a private consultation via Zoom, Lareen will gather information about your issue/s and set some goals for change. Then she will work on starting to reduce your stress. You can either disclose the details or keep the information private; EFT Tapping works both ways. Lareen only ever works with you as fast or slow as you want to go, and on issues you want to clear. She will guide you to lightly tap acupoints on your own head and upper body while we work through your issue/s.

Initial Consultation - In-person 90mins

In a private consultation in my private studio in Glenalta SA, I will start by understanding your feelings and goals. Then we will work immediately on starting to reduce your stress so you begin to feel better. You can either disclose the details or keep the information private; EFT Tapping works both ways. Working online is just as effective as working face-to-face with the EFT Tapping that I use. Sit in the comfort of your home, office, or other private place. Lareen will email you a link before your session - you simply click on the link just before your appointment time. The Zoom meeting room can be opened in your web browser and is password protected for your privacy. (Please note: you will require a computer or laptop with a camera so that Lareen can see you to easily guide you).

Lareen will guide you with science-based EFT tapping that reduces nervousness in mind & body. "Tap to Help Your Pets" Online Workshop (Sun 26 Nov 2023, 1pm ACST, 90mins, $25pp)

In this workshop Lareen teaches you EFT Tapping to help your pets. Maybe your pet could benefit from some stress release, reducing a phobia such as fear of loud noises, or help with a health condition. If your pet is unhappy, then tapping may help! Please COMPLETE THE BOOKING FORM. Well behaved pets can attend if appropriate. You will get practice and demos, and takeaway techniques for daily life, including simple surrogate tapping for when you can't tap directly on the animal.
