Intro to Yoga
This beginner class series is for people who are brand new to yoga. Intro to yoga will help you to develop strength, balance, and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed. Small class size (5 students max) ensures a more relaxed environment. A yoga mat and all of the props that you'll need (blocks, strap, blanket, and bolster) will be available for you to use during class. No previous yoga experience required.
