Basalt stones are heated and used within the massage. The use of heat encourages the muscle fibres to ease, allowing the muscles to relax more deeply.

This treatment uses techniques from Indian head massage and focuses on releasing tension in the face, head and neck - perfect for anyone who struggles with headaches, jaw tension, and sinus issues. It's also incredibly relaxing, making it a perfect way to de-stress and relax.

Please note that you will need to remove your mask for the facial massage; if you'd prefer to keep it on, that's fine - just let me know beforehand and we can focus on the head, neck, and shoulders :)
