Must book at least 24 hours in advance. *Cancelling sessions - It is the client's responsibility to cancel any sessions you are no longer able to commit to. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your session will result in being charged for a missed session. We also ask you contact your trainer directly to ensure cancellation notice is received.
