Thank you for your interest in booking with me. It is my pleasure to tame your mane!
Conveniently, each of my services will come with hair provided. This saves you gas and time. Please keep this in mind when comparing prices.
There is a $50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit for all services. Deposits must be paid when booking. Remaining balance must be paid at your appointment. I accept cash or cash app. ($3 fee if using cash app)
You have a 15 minute grace period to show up late to your appointment.There will be a $15 inconvenience fee if you show up more than 15 minutes late.
Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment, if needed, so I can fill your slot.
If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee.Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 20 minutes late and will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee.
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment without calling, you are a no call/ no show. If you are a no call/ no show you will be charged a $150 inconvenience fee.
*Please do not show up with guests/visitors/children.
*Please come with your hair washed and blow dried with no oil. This helps your appointment go by faster. If hair is not in this state, you will be charged a $15 inconvenience fee.
*Hair must be at least 4 inches all around. If hair is not 4 inches, your appointment will be canceled.
*Pictures and videos will be taken at the end of your appointment to showcase your look. By paying your deposit, you are fully aware that your pictures will be posted on all social media outlets.
*Please no recording or taking pictures during your appointment.
*If you are interested in knowing what type of hair I use/ my technique, I will be offering classes soon.
Please know that locs will look different on different people. Everyone has different hair lines, head shapes, and textures of hair. Loc size may be different depending on thickness of hair.
You will receive a confirmation email and text message right after you book and a couple days before your appointment.
