Cancellation Policy: There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for any cancellation not made within 48 hours of the actual appointment time.
Payment: That your appointment will not be considered confirmed until payment is received and therefore may be booked by another client. Payment must be received to consider the appointment reserved. All purchases are final. There are no refunds on completed sessions. You agree that finalizing your booking with Mike virtually confirms an authorized transaction on your credit card (card not physically present) or other payment methods. Booking confirmation serves as cardholder's signature.
