We understand that unexpected events can occur, so our refund policy is: From May 16, until 2 weeks prior to the start of your student's first session, a 50% refund will be granted if cancellations are made. No refunds will be given in the 2 weeks prior to the start of your student's first session. After May 16, any changes are charged a $25 change fee.
If any session(s) must be canceled by Stride due to COVID-19 state-mandated closures, a 100% refund will be provided.
