**NEW CANCELLATION POLICY**
All clients will be required to enter their credit card information upon booking! It is a secure and safe payment system. If you cancel or reschedule in less than 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged $20. If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the full fee of the service you booked. To save time on your next bookings, register your account with your contact and credit card information.
If you attend your appointment your card will not be charged and you can pay at your appointment.
Unfortunately, this policy must in enforced as I have been experiencing many last minute cancellations and no shows. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
NEW CLIENTS, PLEASE READ!!
LASER HAIR REMOVAL IS 95% EFFECTIVE! Results will vary based on age, hormones, lifestyle, colour of hair and length of time. To see long term results you must complete at least 6 sessions, approximately 4 weeks apart, even if you are seeing results sooner.
There will be no refunds issued after a service is completed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee results as it is per individual. Please consult prior to booking.
PLEASE NOTE For Laser Hair Removal:
- NO creams
- NO deodorant
- Shave the day before laser appointment
- No sun burnt skin
- NO WAXING in between appointments
I would recommend booking your appointments in advance when you know you will make the appointments so that it doesn't affect your hair free results. Waiting too long in between sessions may affect your hair growth. Please be courteous of my time, I am usually fully booked a month in advance and there are clients waiting to make appointments.
