Most sessions will contain a blend of different modalities unless you specify your preferences otherwise when we meet. When you book your session, feel free to simply schedule the length you desire under whichever type you're most drawn to at this time.
My clean, spacious office is located in north Boulder, off Broadway and Yarmouth. Parking is available in the lot on weekdays from 10-5. Enter through the south side, ground floor, just west of the stairs labeled B3.
