The quiet, meditative practice of yin yoga can provide a much needed balance to your busy schedule and active lifestyle. All yoga postures are seated or lying down, and held for a few minutes at a time using blankets and other props for support. Students will be guided through simple breathing practices and mindfulness meditation to foster relaxation and self-inquiry. Suitable for all levels.
