Hi babes! I'm Courtney and I'm the owner of Beauty Bar by Court, LLC. I am located inside of Phenix Salon Suites in Marietta, GA. I am so happy that you chose me to be your esthetician. In order to run my business as efficiently as possible, I have a few rules so please read below to ensure you fully understand before booking!
Payments accepted for your service are: venmo, zelle, apple pay, and cash.
Deposits: There is a $25 non-refundable deposit required when booking any service besides microblading. The initial microblading appointment requires a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit goes toward the full price of your service.
Rescheduling and cancellations: All appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours before the start time of your appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason within 24 hours of your appointment start time, your deposit will not be refunded and you are responsible for the entire remaining balance of your service. It is near impossible to fill the time you booked by someone else with short notice. No exceptions.
No call/no show: If you are not at your appointment after 15 minutes from your start time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service. All no call/no shows are responsible for the full balance of the service. If a discount is being used for the appointment, that is void and you will pay the full regular service.
Refunds: There are absolutely no refunds for any service. I am giving my time and products to complete your service and I give each client the opportunity to look at their lashes when I am done and always ask if there is anything that needs to be fixed before you leave. If you feel there needs to be lashes touched up directly after your service, you have 48 hours to contact me so that I can fix them free of charge. After the 48 hours, I am no longer responsible and a fill will need to be booked.
Please understand that lashes are a luxury service and are not for everyone. I take my time with each of my clients to ensure I am giving everyone what they ask for. Please do not schedule something or have somewhere to be immediately after your service. I will not be rushed and will likely need the entire duration of your service to complete my job.
