Policy

Please do your best to arrive on time nonetheless, we understand that life does not always run according to plan. In such cases, please inform us that you are running late with an estimate of how late you will be as soon as you can. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment and we have not heard from you it will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment
If you fail to cancel/reschedule your appointment and do not contact us it will be considered a no-show. After 3 no-shows you will be required to pay a deposit of 50% in order to book.
