PLEASE READ CAREFULLY......
1. $21.50 deposit is required, $20 goes towards the service, $1.50 goes towards the payment process, the deposit is not transferable nor refundable the remaining balance is paid in CASH ONLY. customers have 48 hrs to reschedule their appointment before the original appointment time, after the 48hrs the reschedule option will disappear, please cancel and make a new one( no refund) appointments made in less than 48 hrs ahead can not be rescheduled. To reschedule your appointment go to your email confirmation and click make changes.
customers as well as braiders may be 20 mins late, after 30 mins appointment will be considered cancelled. no call no show no future booking.
2. Hair should be at list 4'' long, for majority of the styles, 2'' to 3" for box braids and some twist styles, please if your hair is short and you want to book for a certain style, text a picture of your hair and the style you are trying to get . Note: if you show up in the shop and your hair is not long enough to braid the style you want we do not refund your deposit.
3. once booked hairstyle might not be changed since some braiders are specialized in some styles and so we arranged the booking, make sure you booked under the style you want. do not book one style under another, do not book touch ups under full head services.
4. this shop have chosen to use expression for a better outcome of the braiding styles, customers may decide to use other brands at their own risk, we prefer expression due to texture and better response to hot water.
5.hair available EXPRESSION OUTRE colors: 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30, 613, 33 and burgundy. hair is sold in the shop for $25 for midback and waist length and 35 for butt length and up. for the whole head style.
In this shop we also carry human hair, for $100 (good quality hair only) Available in 1B. for colors 4,30, burg, 99j, 27, 4/27, 350, red, order before your appointment for us to have it ready.
customers can decide to bring their own human hair or synthetic if preferably. for boho braids 3 good quality hair that some customers have used are:
-ibiza (Spanish curl)
- my tresses (boho deep)
-Milky Way (deep bulk) or any other kind
6. No extra company to avoid crowdiness and loudness
7. If interested in something not listed, please feel free to ask questions , send pictures to seek availability, new styles come out every day, so might not have everything listed but we do majority of the styles
8. Sometimes in case of last minute emergency we might replace your braider. we do not allow braiders to come to work sick. .
9. We can only give estimates of time that we can be done, braids can take more or less time than expected depending on thickness of customers hair and size. we will notify you if we need you to come a little bit later than what we expected. also we can ask you if you will be able to come earlier than your appointment.
10. all prices are listed in the description box. please read. prices do not include hair,
11. let us know ahead of time if you want to add additional braiders to your appointment, to speed up your time spent in the shop $50 per braider.
11. please do not be surprise if a braider ask for payment before the end of the service, is part of our policy.
