Please bring undergarments or loose-fitting athletic shorts to wear during your appointment.
In order for us to properly treat you, we need to be able to see as much of you as we can, which means we do not "drape" with sheets during a session. We understand that everyone has a different comfort level, and we would like to respect that. We can work around tank tops, but please know that this does impact your treatment. It impedes your therapist from seeing the visual responses on your skin. We also do get tangled in the excess attire, which often causes us to let go of a technique before it is complete because the clothing is in the way.
Please do not use lotions, topical ointments, make-up, or oils prior to your appointment. This can prevent the therapist's hands from performing their holds properly.
ALL CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE.
* There is a $35 charge that will be due prior to next treatment if cancelled less then 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments without notifying staff will need to be paid in full prior to next treatment.
We understand illnesses happen. If you are ill, PLEASE reach out to staff > 2 hours in advance, or a fee will be charged. (Our therapists often travel in excess of 1 hour). Thank you for understanding!
