Our availability is flexible. If you do not see a day or time that works for you, please contact us. Please speak with your instructor regarding availability before booking recurring/standing appointment sessions.
For your FIRST 1:1 APPOINTMENT, please select an "Intake" session.
If you only need to fill out the waivers, please select a "Forms & Agreement" appointment. There is no actual appointment, this is the only way for you to fill out forms online after you have started personal training sessions.
For CLASSES, you will need to sign-up for each class individually as there is a different Zoom link for every class.
For CLASS PAYMENT, you can pay $15/class when you register. Membership is available for $45/month and gives you unlimited classes. You can also purchase a class package. After purchasing a membership or package, you will be emailed a code you use for payment when signing up for a class. After you have signed up for a class, you will receive an email containing the Zoom link.
MEMBERSHIPS automatically renew each month. To cancel membership, please submit a request in the Contact Us form on the homepage at least 5 days prior to the renewal.
