We know joining something new can be intimidating and we want you to understand what we are about before you start and how we can benefit you, health wise and fitness wise.
We will also find out a little bit about you, what your health and fitness goals are, we will also talk about nutrition, what you would like to achieve, what challenges you have had in the past and what way we can help you in the best way possible to reach these goals and maintain them. We will also show you around our facility and you will meet some of our coaches.
We will answer any questions you may have and discuss a variety of options that may suit you.
