During this risk-free, one-on-one consultation, you tell me about your goals and/or how you want to feel. I’ll listen to develop a customized plan.
*After scheduling an appointment, a (separate) PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address within 24 hrs. Consultations must be paid prior to appointments. If you do not use PayPal, let me know and we will work it out.
*If I am unable to assist you in your request, your money will be refunded.

During this Strategy Consultation, we will establish 'Your Plan' (aka, 'The How-To') to reach your goals collaboratively. This includes detailed strategies tailored to you and personalized to your situation. We will go into detail about how you will be most successful.

*A Discovery Consultation MUST occur before a Strategy Session.

4 Accountability Consultation sessions (15 min/each). I will keep you accountable every 1-2 weeks after establishing our Plan. We will tailor strategies accordingly as you get closer to your goal(s). These are very effective. This can only be scheduled once a Strategy Consultation is complete.

*A Discovery Consultation AND Strategy Session MUST both occur before scheduling.

Includes your Strategy Consultation (90 min) and 4 Accountability Consultations (15 min/each) as you continue to reach your goals. We will work on 'Your Plan' to reach your goals and I will keep you accountable thereafter. All strategies are detailed, tailored to you and personalized to your situation.
