Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 8 hours before your scheduled time. For any cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within this window, a 60% fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and support!
I kindly ask to respect my 8 hour communication window if you’re experiencing any severe coughing or flu like symptom. My goal is to provide a relaxing, safe, and clean environment where everyone feels confident and comfortable. If you are experiencing symptoms such as coughing, itchy or watery eyes, or a runny nose due to a cold or severe allergies, please reach out to reschedule your appointment.
When rescheduled 8 hours before your appointment time, your deposit will be applied to the new booking. Unfortunately, I cannot perform lash services on clients who are unwell or experiencing severe allergy symptoms, as the lash extensions will not adhere properly.
If you arrive with symptoms, I will need to reschedule, and a 60% fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I truly appreciate your business!
Pre-Appointment Guidelines
• Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and no oils. If you have mascara on, a $10 lash bath upcharge will apply, which may also reduce the time available to apply your lash extensions.
• It’s recommended to wash your hair before your appointment, as you’ll need to avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours afterward.
• For your comfort and mine, please no guests. If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car or outside until I notify you to come in, as my studio does not have a waiting room.
6 Ways to Relax During Your Lash Service
1. Get Cozy – Bring your own blanket and AirPods for extra comfort.
2. Enjoy the Quiet – While I love chatting with clients, less talk allows you to fully relax. Don’t feel obligated to chat—enjoy the quiet and let me work my magic! That said, if you’re a talker, that’s perfectly fine too! I always go with the flow.
3. Avoid Caffeine – It helps you stay calm and relaxed.
4. Bring Earphones – Listen to your favorite music or podcast.
5. Choose a Relaxing Time – Book when you’re not rushed or stressed.
6. Silence Your Phone – Disconnect and enjoy your “me time.”
Fill appointments are now priced by the number of weeks it’s been since previous fill. Fills are for maintenance, not for a whole new set and are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain a nice full or natural look. Some clients are too busy to come in every 2-3 weeks so I’ve created a 4 week partial full set option.
By the 2nd and 3rd week the natural lashes grow out and even though many lash extensions are still attached, they need to be removed. Which takes more time and more work to be done.
