Get ready to become a better athlete and prepare for your fall tryouts with ADAPT Fitness Studio's Speed and Conditioning Camp.
Each session is 90 minutes in length and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday for 7 weeks (beginning June 20) at 6:30pm at The Severn School. The camp will include running mechanics, speed development, first-step power, change of direction, injury resiliency and much more.
