Appointment Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointment just for you and kindly ask that you provide us with a 48-hour notice if you must reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of the reserved amount of your appointment(s).
100% of the service amount will be charged to any 'NO SHOWS.'
Please understand that it's your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. As a courtesy, we will call, text, and/or email to confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We welcome you to call and confirm your appointment time if you’re unsure.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may result in a cancellation/no show.
Our spa has a no children policy.
All deposits are non-refundable. All payments made for services rendered as well as any services purchased in advance are non-refundable, but may be used as a store credit instead.
