We are back Live in person at Function fitness! You will need to bring your own equipment with you.
If you have concerns about booking your class, please contact Lou@lbmovement.co.uk where we can discuss options and make sure you are joining the most suitable class for you.
We recommend an Introductory 1-1 if you have any pain or injuries, as unfortunately Pilates mat classes may not be suitable for you. We may recommend continued 1-1 until symptoms ease.
