Tutorials are part of client subscription packages and will only involve you sharing your screen and working on your own account with the Arthur team explaining the concepts. For Financials tutorials:

This is:

  • Guidance on how to reconcile rent receipts and payments
  • Guidance on how process landlord/contractor remittances and send statements
  • Guidance on closing tenancies and deposit refunds
  • Recorded and sent to the client after the call

This is not:

  • Logging into clients accounts and working on their data
  • Actively carrying out processes for clients on their accoun
