Have you thought about running, would like to start, are running but would like some specific movements, stretches and techniques to help enhance your running, or are you returning to running after some time off or an injury?
This programme is designed for women, and is much more than putting on your trainers and “going for it”. Whilst doing the course it would work well with following a C25K or walking programme, but not essential.
