We are so excited that you have booked a stay with us at The Roxbury!
Due to the harsh reality of the COVID-19 epidemic we are now adding even more stringent cleaning best practices, new “contactless” policies and procedures for guest stays, and new methods of ensuring safety throughout our buildings, outdoor spaces, spas and pool. We want you to BE safe, FEEL safe, and KNOW your safety is so very very important to us. We hope that you understand that, like you, we have never been through anything like this before and we are learning more and more each day about this moving target. But for what we DO know, we are doing our best to control a difficult situation for all of us and make it as safe as possible for everyone.
adopted a new spa scheduler and pool scheduler to help us follow guidelines
given to us by the NYS Department of Health during these times. Our hot tubs
and dry saunas will be limited to 45-minute time intervals and our steam room
and large relaxation room at the motel will be limited to 1.5 hour intervals.
All of those facilities are ONLY FOR GROUPS ALREADY TRAVELING TOGETHER with a
15-minute sanitation period between each guest or groups' usage. The outdoor
swimming pool at Stratton Falls will have three time slots per day: 10am, 1pm and
4pm, with a limit of 14 guests in the entire pool and deck area (and only 10 in
the water) at any given time. The pool and deck area is not restricted to
groups traveling together, however you must maintain 6 feet social distance
from anyone outside of your group at all times. When scheduling your pool time
we ask you to use the drop down menu in our scheduler to put the TOTAL NUMBER
OF PEOPLE in your group for your time slot. Because we can only allow 14 people
in the pool deck area at a time, if you only book for one person when you are
actually a group of four people, then the odds of the time slot becoming
overbooked and the need to turn people away increases.
We are thrilled to have you back and hope that these new procedures only prove our commitment to give you the best Roxbury experience within our power. We hope you will be patient with us as we navigate these new changes. Below you will find the ability to schedule your spa or pool time at our different locations. Please refrain from booking back-to-back appointments, but please also feel free to ask us if you can extend your stay at any scheduled location once you arrive. If an attendant is present you can ask them, or just pick up the phone and call the main office. If no one has scheduled after you, we would love to let you stay longer!
Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment for any reason. You can cancel by either calling the front desk or via your appointment confirmation email.
