We are so excited that you
have booked a stay with us at The Roxbury!
During the COVID-19 epidemic we added even more stringent
cleaning best practices, new “contactless” policies and procedures for guest
stays, and new methods of ensuring safety throughout our buildings, outdoor
spaces, spas and pool. Some of those best practices outside the context of the
pandemic no longer make sense to continue, but the practice of scheduling time
slots for the usage of our spa facilities and swimming pool is a left-over from
the pandemic that we are keeping. It ensures fair usage, reduces overcrowding,
and facilitates thorough cleaning of the areas. And as a gentle reminder, a pass for usage of our spas at
both locations and the swimming pool at Stratton Falls is $20 per person for
your ENTIRE stay, not per day. Your room key will be activated so that it works
at the spa and pool locations during their hours of operation during your stay.
Our hot tubs and dry saunas are limited to 45-minute time
intervals and our steam room and large relaxation room at the motel is limited
to 1.5 hour intervals. Each facility receives a 15-minute cleaning and sanitation
period between each guest or groups' usage. The seasonal outdoor swimming pool
at Stratton Falls has three time slots per day: 10am, 1pm and 4pm, with a limit
of 18 guests in the entire pool and deck area at any given time. When
scheduling your pool time we ask you to use the drop down menu in our scheduler
to put the TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE in your group for your time slot. Because we
can only allow 18 people in the pool deck area at a time, if you only book for
one person when you are actually a group of four people, then the odds of the
time slot becoming overbooked and the need to turn people away increases.
Below you will find the ability to schedule your spa or pool time
at our different locations. Please refrain from booking back-to-back
appointments, but please also feel free to ask us if you can extend your stay
at any scheduled location once you arrive. If an attendant is present, you can
ask them or just pick up the phone and call the main office. If no one has
scheduled after you, we would love to let you stay longer!
Also, PLEASE PLEASE let us know if you are unable to make your spa
or pool time slot for any reason! Demand is high and when guests do not
show-up, it means other guests who are eager to use the areas cannot be given
the opportunity to enjoy them. You can cancel by either calling the front desk
or via your appointment confirmation email.
