NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! If a new client disregards the policy & books an appointment, the appointment will be canceled immediately! Also the deposit will not be refunded to the client.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
COVID-19 Policy
- Clients, please email us when you arrive. Please stay in your vehicle until you're instructed to come inside.
- Face coverings are required when entering the salon. They must be worn the entire duration of your visit.
- Before we start your service please wash your hands in our bathroom!
- You are subject to temperature checks at the entrance.
- If local and/or state government force us to temporarily close, we will reschedule your appointment up to 6 months. Absolutely no refunds.
- No extra people unless being serviced!
DEPOSITS
- Deposits are required to schedule most services & it will be credited towards your remaining balance. The deposit varies depending on the service! Certain services requires full payment. Deposits are non-refundable unless your esthetician cancels!
- The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file at 9AM the morning of the client's scheduled appointment. Please be sure that the card on file has the funds available otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.
RESCHEDULING/ RUNNING LATE
- If you happen to be running late you have a 10 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. Being late more than 10 minutes will result in a $30 late fee. Please be aware that once it hits 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and the client will forfeit their deposit!
- If a client wish to reschedule their appointment that’s perfectly fine but it has to be at least 24 hours in advance. If not the client will be charged 50% of the service! Unless the client is sick or has been exposed to COVID-19, the fee will then be waived!
- Only one reschedule per client. If the client have to reschedule more than once they'll have to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
- It's our expectation, without exception, that every client maintains their scheduled appointment date & time. In the unfortunate event that a client is a no call no show, they will be charged 100% of the service! Also they will no longer be able to book future appointments.
PREPARATION FOR APPOINTMENTS
- You're allowed to be waxed while on your cycle only if you wear a fresh tampon! If you aren't comfortable with that please reschedule with Kiyah Michelle!
AFTER HOURS
•Early bird appointments are an additional $50! (6am-9am) Due to those early hours being outside of KM Esthetics’ normal business hours. Also after hour appointments and Sunday/Monday appointments are an additional $60
