All services require a booking fee.
The booking fee goes toward the total balance of each service. Once the fee is paid online, the remaining amount is due in CASH, CARD or ZELLE on your appointment day.

ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Booking an appointment signifies your agreement to all terms on this booking site.

Canceling appointments won’t refund booking fees. If a client must reschedule, the fee will go toward their new appointment ONLY if an opening is available within 14 days from original scheduled date. If client chooses to rebook after the 14 days, it will require a new booking fee be paid.

Rescheduling appointments are allowed once. Clients should reschedule their appointment the same day it is canceled to avoid paying a new booking fee.

Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the remaining balance due on service. No-shows will be charged 100% of remaining balance due. Late fees are applied accordingly.
