The half day is a block of 4 hours. It presents the opportunity to set an agenda; to finalize agreements with fewer issues; to explore temporary agreements and "trial run" periods for parent time; to help identify issues that still require exploration before a final agreement can be reached.

The full day option (a 6–8-hour time block) is the typical choice for represented parties for initial divorces or complex modifications. Christina urges the parties and their attorneys to exchanged required financial information. In her experience when attendees come prepared with the necessary documentation, the parties can make informed decisions and have a productive negotiation.

This session requires a nonrefundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Typically initial divorces with unrepresented parties should plan on two half day sessions.

This mediation will be charged a minimum of 4 hours at $185 per hour.
