Counselling is a talk therapy that can draw upon evidence-based approaches including CBT and Solution-Focussed Therapy to support you in feeling better and addressing your concerns, and it can also include approaches such as those that help you find answers for yourself from within to feel empowered, build confidence and improve overall well-being.

Private Practice With Soul: Office Hours

30 minutes

There are so many questions to answer as a therapist starting out. Where to begin? How do I market my business? What am I going to do with a private practice? How can I make it work? It all sounds a little overwhelming! I know the feeling, which is why I offer these complimentary phone calls. You'll walk away knowing exactly what to do next and be able to better focus on your practice moving forward. PS: These are *not* sales calls.

Copywriting Booking Form: 1hr

1 hour @ A$300.00

Use this appointment to book an hour of my time to write your copy. Kindly complete the attached Copywriting Request Form when you book. I will work as efficiently as possible however, if more time is required I will contact you before proceeding. I will commence work on your project in the hour you scheduled and you will receive the completed version shortly thereafter. If you have any questions, please ask before booking.

Best for if you want deeper guidance and clarity regarding a question. Bring a pen and paper to the session to take notes. You will receive a short summary of the session from me via email afterwards too.

Best option for if you need more time to dive deeply into what may be a more complex issue or if you are wanting more comprehensive insights into a current situation that may be impacting your life and business. Bring a pen and paper to take notes. A recording of the session will be sent to you after.
