-For your first appointment we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill in the new Client paperwork. Mask must must be worn.
-In order to allow for us to efficiently manage the care of our clients, we require 24 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved.
-Session time also includes consultation and dressing. If you arrive late your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others who appointments follow.
-We also understand emergencies and illnesses occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled session, or have recently had, respiratory or flu symptoms ( including fever, chills, sore throat, cough, muscle aches,or shortness of breath).. please reschedule or cancel in a timely manner. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations. Thank you for understanding.
