PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.
When booking an appointment, we kindly ask that you bring and wear a mask during your appointment; and you must have hand sanitiser with you. It is vital that those who are showing symptoms, however mild, must continue to self-isolate at home. In the event that you show up with symptoms, you will be sent home.
SLOTS OPEN THE 25TH OF EVERY MONTH
• All appointments are subject to a non-refundable €25 deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment (CASH only). If you fail to pay in cash there will be an additional fee of €7,50,- .
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes a payment request and location. You are due to pay this deposit within 24 hours of receiving it, or else your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
• To reschedule your appointment, it must be done within a 48 hr time frame of your original appointment date. When rescheduling you can reschule within two weeks from your original appointment date. No available slot = fully booked. Also the deposit will NOT be refunded
• If you do not see the style you want below please send me a message on instagram @HairbyLordina with a photo attachment of the style you would like done.
• Please ensure your hair is washed, completely product free and blown out straight. Failure to show up prepared for your appointment may result in a cancellation. Also the deposit will NOT be refunded.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid disappointment.
• 15 minutes late = € 10 late fee
• 30 minutes late = appointment will be canceled. Also the deposit will NOT be refunded
• Extra company is not allowed (limited space).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - must read
• If you have booked an appointment for any type of braided hairstyles , please drop the hair to us at least 2 days before your appointment for preparation as it does take up a bit of time (text me to let me know beforehand).
• Factors such as: length, texture and hair density, play a big part in the duration of a person's hair. Everyone is expected to understand the process before booking an appointment. Please book on a day you are free.
• It is your responsibility to take care of your hair. Please report any problem or concerns within 48 hours. After you have exceeded this time period, anything you are wanting to be re-touched will need to be booked as a touch up service.
• I love showing off all my beautiful clients. When booking you are agreeing to have your picture taken & used for promotion reasons.
