Terms and Conditions for Makeup Packages

Non-Rolling Appointments:
All appointments within your selected package are limited to the number of services specified and do not rollover to the next month. Any unused services will expire at the end of the month.
Travel Fees:
Travel within the RDU area is included. However, travel outside of this area that exceeds 30 minutes will incur an additional charge, which will vary depending on your location.
Three-Month Commitment:
All packages require a minimum commitment of three months. By purchasing any package, you agree to maintain this commitment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
All standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to your membership. In the event of a missed appointment or forfeited deposit, the appointment will be considered canceled. Please ensure you are aware of and adhere to these policies.
Booking Process:
When booking your Signature Glam Tutorial, please note that you must select the "Signature Glam" option. If you would like a different look, be sure to include your desired style in the appointment notes when booking. If you're booking other services under your package, follow the same procedure. All add on and convenience fees are still applicable to your appointment. Travel fees are the only fees that are waived!
Discount Codes:
Upon your initial purchase and with each renewal, you will receive personalized discount codes to waive fees when booking your appointments. It is imperative that you check for your codes and use them when booking through the portal. Booking through the portal ensures a smooth transition and helps both you and the makeup artist manage your appointments effectively.
Subscription Payments & Renewals:
Payments for your selected package are billed on a subscription basis and will automatically renew on the same day each month. For example, if you purchase your first package on the 22nd, all subsequent payments will be charged on the 22nd of every month, and you will receive a new batch of codes on that date. You will receive a reminder email 7 days prior to your renewal date. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel the subscription if they no longer wish to continue the package. Please note that if a payment is processed and you intended to cancel, we will not be held responsible. Ensure that your subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
No Refunds:
All packages are non-refundable. Any unused appointments cannot be refunded and are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Non-Transferable Appointments:
Your appointment package is non-transferable. However, you are allowed to give away one appointment per month to a person of your choosing, subject to approval by the makeup artist. The makeup artist reserves the right to deny this request.
Package Use:
These packages are designed to build a long-term professional relationship and are not intended for one-off bookings. If you are only seeking occasional appointments, we kindly recommend booking a regular appointment instead of purchasing a package.
