*Please fill out the entirety of this application, all customers are required to reserve their appointment with a credit card and a 50% deposit on Online Bookings and any future bookings over $200 so that in the event that you break my cancellation policy I can charge you a cancellation fee or keep your deposit If you cancel in the proper time frame you will be refunded or you can reschedule and it will be put to your next appointment.
If you don't get a confirmation email from Skincare By Justine stating the date and time of your appointment you have not successfully booked an appointment. Please do not come to any appointment you do not have a confirmation email for. You will get an appointment reminder 48 hours, 24 hours and 4 hours before your appointment. Please try again and be sure to complete all steps.

Skincare By Justine LLC is now happy to offer Tarot Card readings by Sharmaine Twomey. You will need to leave a Credit Card number when Booking with her, however she will only be excepting payment forms in cash and Venmo at this time. Any services at Skincare By Justine LLC are also covered by the cancellation Policy.
