Hello! Thank you for choosing me as the stylist to start your Healthy Hair Journey! It is very important that you read over a few things before booking an appointment to make sure you get to enjoy the experience.
**NEW CLIENTS**
-If you haven't been serviced in 6 months, you're considered a new client.
-New clients MUST book under "New Client Services"
Booking Policy
•Please come with your previous style already taken down and your hair ready for me start. If your hair is severely tangled, there will be a $25 fee for me to take the extra time to detangle your hair before starting.
•There are no extra people or kids allowed to come with a client to their appointment.
DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE
Late Policy
•I do not charge late fees. However, there is a strict 15 min grace period. If your appointment is a 10:00am, you have until 10:15am to be inside the salon. If you’re not inside of the salon, at 10:16am your appointment will be cancelled.
•There is a non-refundable deposit due when scheduling.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
•You’re able to reschedule online as long as it is before the last 24 hours.
•Any appointment cancelled with 24 hours or less notice is considered a last-minute cancellation and will result in the client’s card on file being charged 50% of remaining balance.
•No call/No show will result in the client’s card on file being charged 75% of remaining balance.
***PLEASE READ*** Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Also, my clients who are waiting, miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
Payment Methods
•Cash is preferred. Cash app and Venmo are accepted. I do not take cards at the moment.

•Face mask are required to enter the salon. Please put them on before entering the salon.
•If you arrive early, please hang out in your car until your appointment time.
