Pearl & Birch will remain active in ensuring the health and safety of our clients and staff. All guests must sanitize upon arrival. Proper mask wearing protocol is mandatory in our space. Measures will include seating arrangements. We reserve the right to ask a guest/group to leave if they do not adhere to these policies or if they are displaying symptoms of illness. Our protocols and separated fitting areas allow us to confidently welcome up to 3 guest total in the main salon fitting rooms located at the front of the shoppe, 4 guests total for the Pink room and 3 guests total for the Blue room located in the back of the shoppe and 5 guests total for consultations booked as exclusive, group or after hours.
Please call us from your vehicle when your arrive as the door will be locked. Arrival times will be staggered to prevent comingling at the door and in the racks. The capacity for our entire space is 22 customers maximum as mandated by the provincial government.
Our regular shopping consultations require a credit card to reserve the appointment but are offered FREE OF CHARGE. The fees indicated will only be charged for cancellations within 48 hours or no shows.
Our exclusive and after hours consultations are charged as listed and the fee can be used as a credit towards a purchase. See your booking for details.
