We specialize exceptional shopping experiences therefore all wedding gown consultations will remain by appointment only. Please review walk-in policies and appointment descriptions for guest capacity.

RENTALS
Available for cape & stoles in both vintage and faux fur. Each rental is scheduled ON THE DAY OF PICK UP PRIOR TO THE EVENT as a 15 minute appointment and the rental may be kept for 5 days. Pick ups are welcome Thursday through Saturday the week of the event and must be returned by the Tuesday of the following week. A full description of the rental agreement and our policies is available before you confirm your booking. If you are renting multiples please call the store for assistance if you do not want to fill out individual contracts for each one.
ALTERATIONS
By appointment only. Book by phone.
WALK INS ARE WELCOME for all shopping excluding wedding gowns. You are invited to shop graduation, wedding party, mother's, flower girl, formal, cocktail, accessories & gifts!
WALK-IN POLICIES
Please keep in mind that if you prefer personal service appointments are strongly recommended.
1. FITTING ROOMS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE Appointments will be prioritized. Consultants will gladly serve walk-ins when available. Walk in visits end if the room is booked.
2. WALK-INS WELCOME DURING REGULAR HOURS Last fittings begin no later than 1 hour prior to close.
3. ITEM LIMITS MAY BE OBSERVED Guests may try on as many items as they like but only 5 may be permitted in the fitting room at a time.
Masks will no longer be required. Clients & staff are welcome to make the choice that suits their needs and you can request a masked service from you consultant by indicating on your booking form or speaking to a team member upon arrival.
Masks will not be provided by the store. Please bring your own if you prefer to wear one.
Our regular shopping consultations require a credit card to reserve the appointment but are offered FREE OF CHARGE. The fees indicated will only be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or no shows.
If you do not have access to a credit card please contact us to make arrangements.
Our Exclusive & After Hours consultations are charged as listed and the fee can be used as a credit towards a purchase. See your booking for details.
