Reek Shot It
Booking Requirements:
- Book at least 48 hours in advance. For same-day bookings, a $100 fee will be added.
- A non-refundable retainer secures your booking. Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot (Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay).
Studio Photoshoot & Cancellation Policies:
- Arrive 15 minutes early.
- Late fee: $50 after 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. The shoot will be canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late, and the retainer will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made 86 hours or more before the shoot will incur a rescheduling fee of $75, and the credit from the retainer will be applied to the new shoot. The reschedule fee of $75 will also apply for a later time frame on the same day or any other day.
- Cancellations made the same day or up to 86 hours before the shoot will forfeit the retainer and will be charge a cancellation fee of $75. To reschedule in this case, a fee of $150 plus the total price of the new shoot will apply, and a new retainer fee will be needed.
- If canceled by the photographer, the retainer is refunded.
Client Requirements:
- Females: Hair, makeup, and nails (hands and feet) must be done.
- Males: Facial grooming (e.g., haircut, shape-up) must be done.
Turnaround Time:
- Raw photos are returned within 24-72 business hours (Monday-Friday).
- Edited photos are returned within 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday); weddings or events may take up to 30 days.
Photography Services:
- A non-refundable retainer secures your booking. Remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.
Payments:
- Accepted via PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay.
- Retainers are non-refundable and mandatory.
- Travel fees are not included in prices unless specified.
Ownership & Copyright:
- Photos are the property of Reek Shot It.
- Clients may use photos for personal use only; commercial use requires permission.
Responsibilities & Recommendations:
- Clients must provide their own clothing, props, and special equipment. If the studio doesn't have a specific prop, clients can reach out to Reek Shot It to check availability or will need to purchase it themselves.
- Special studios outside of Reek Shot It Studios must be booked in advance and coordinated with Reek’s calendar availability.
- Studio and special location shoots must be booked in advance.
